Tony Morgan, The Unstuck Group Founder, Passes Away Following a Heart Attack
The Unstuck Group’s founder and chief strategist, Tony Morgan, unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday morning, September 4, following a heart attack.
The Unstuck Group helps “pastors grow healthy churches by guiding them through experiences to align vision, strategy, team, and action.” The organization claims to have “served 500 churches throughout the United States and several countries around the world” on their website. “Helping churches help people meet and follow Jesus” is the group’s top priority.
The Unstuck Group’s director of consulting, Amy Anderson, wrote in a statement to friends and advisors, “It is with great sadness to let you know that Tony Morgan passed away this morning.”
Anderson went on, “He had a heart attack on Monday morning and was fighting until this morning. “Pastor Andy is currently with the family, and his family was with him.” We don’t know many specifics and, like his family, are currently reeling from shock.
